The song \"Back from the Fires of Hell\" holds a very special meaning for Piet - not only because it serves as the album's first single. Even its title immediately catches the ear, as it directly recalls \"Through the Fires of Hell\", a track from the previous album \"Firestar\". \"I wrote the first lyrics before I received my cancer diagnosis… then poetry turned into bitter reality… although in a different way than I had originally imagined,\" Piet recalls. \"We went through this together… 'Through the Fires of Hell' is therefore more like poetry dedicated to my wife, while 'Back from the Fires of Hell' is more of a reflection on actual events.\"\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhat unites all songs on the new album is their anthemic character - always one of IRON SAVIOR's greatest strengths. \"Climbing Higher\" provides a powerful motivational boost; excursions into melodic speed metal territory such as \"Light in the Dark\" are present as well, and the fast, high-energy title track \"Deathbringer\" immediately grabs the listener's attention.
